St John's Park
The St John's park brief was to extend and refurbish a Victorian period property that was previously converted into three flats, but now converted back to one family dwelling. There are six split levels with the lower ground floor, middle floor and two top floor levels rationalised and extended accordingly.
Warren Road
The original house was in a state of disrepair and required a complete refurbishment. A two-storey rear extension and part single storey rear extension helped to aid this transformation from a three bedroom house, with one reception room, into a large four bedroom dwelling with a large open plan 'flexible' living area.
Due to the major slope of the land, we had to design the front entrance level and rear garden to maximise the best use of these spaces.
The Moorings
As a large new build dwelling in a very prestigious area, The Moorings was one of our favorite projects to work on. It not only manifests our architectural inspirations and beliefs, but it’s the perfect combination between design and practicality.
Sevenoaks Road
This scheme included a large two storey extension to the side and part single storey to a traditional 1930's semi-detached house. The newly added space helped rationalise the complete house, with the addition of a extra bedroom, large open plan living space, downstairs toilet and separate utility room.
The rear space included a new patio area that was slightly raised from the garden.
Sylvan Road
At Sylvan Road we were entrusted with the opportunity to offer a contemporary scheme on an unusual plot, whilst uncompromising the street scene. The original house was a bungalow, however, we managed to achieve four double bedrooms, ensuite and bathroom at the first floor alone.
