At Sylvan Road we were given the opportunity to design a contemporary extension to a 1950's property. The scheme had to almost replicate the ground floor space without compromising too much on the street scene.

The original house was a bungalow, however, we managed to achieve four double bedrooms, ensuite and bathroom at the first floor alone.

This therefore gave the ground floor space enough room to create one large open plan living space along with two reception roof, utility and shower room.
